Island Hotspots:

• Palma – spreads for several kilometres around a beautiful bay. The city is an attractive blend of tree lined boulevards and cobbled streets and offers a rich history that predates Roman times.  Visit the cathedral and royal palace both built over the remains of the Moorish alcazar and mosque.  Take a drink in one of the trendy bars or shop in one of the boutiques. The harbour is a showcase for grand yachts and the old town is a maze of narrow streets easy to explore on foot.  Visit the Contemporary Spanish Art Museum, the 14th century Bellver Castle or take a ride on the scenic Soller Railway.
• Illetas – an exclusive resort on the south west coast of Mallorca.  Illetas abounds with smart hotels and expensive cars and is often compared to Monte Carlo by visitors to the town. 
• Paguera and Cala Fornells – both idyllic small beach towns located close together and just some 30 minutes from the airport.  Both resorts are popular with international visitors and offer some delightful accommodation options, bars and cafes and limited nightlife.
