• Menton Lemon Festival – Held annually in Feb/Mar at the nearby town of Menton, this unusual festival celebrates the local lemon harvest by constructing large themed sculptures
• Russian Orthodox Cathedral – Particularly in the 19th and early 20th centuries, Nice played host to the Russian aristocracy and intellectuals escaping the harsh Russian winter.  The Russian influence on this city is best seen in this remarkable church.
