time of printing and The Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage or

control, and if The Company determines in the interest of safety and security

Credit Card Security
Tempo Holidays has obtained a digital certificate from The Comodo group, an
industry leader in the protection and management of data transmission and
storage. Our secure server software uses 128 bit encryption methods to encrypt
all of your personal information, including credit card information. The
process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits
of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is
translated back into its original form and stored in our database. Your credit
card information is not transmitted over the Internet again.
Resolving your concerns
You are entitled to express your concerns if your privacy has been compromised.
We will respond within 48 hours to let you know who is responsible for managing
your complaint. We will try to resolve your complaint within 10 working days.

All pricing is clearly identified by a currency prefix, for example, AUD or NZD.
. Where exchange rate fluctuations occur of more than 2.5%, or any other
increases in the price of services provided which are beyond the control of The
Company, then The Company reserves the right to adjust package prices
accordingly, up to and including the day of departure of your itinerary, even
though the balance of payment may have been made. Acceptance of this
arrangement is a condition of booking.

Airfares unless otherwise stated, visa & passport costs, travel insurance,
vaccination and medical expenses, excess baggage, airport departure taxes,
laundry, postage, phone calls, fax/email charges, beverages, items of a
personal nature, tips and meals not mentioned on itinerary.

Travel insurance is not included in any of the prices quoted in this brochure.
You are strongly advised to arrange this cover to protect you for the duration
of your holiday. We suggest that you take out the policy at time of booking and
that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following features:
Loss of deposit and/or final payment; injury, death, theft, loss of luggage and
personal items, curtailment of tours en-route, medical expenses, cancellation
of advance purchase airfares, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation
and repatriation costs should your holiday need to be extended or curtailed due
to illness while overseas.

Tempo Holidays Pty Ltd is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own
aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services that The Company supplies consist of
arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings
and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers. We exercise every care in the
selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, coach operators, hotels and
other suppliers of the various travel services that are used in these tours. It
is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Tempo Holidays are
subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by
airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, and other service providers including but
not limited to shipping, rail, car hire and restaurant operators, whose
services we utilise, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of
death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
We always do our best to ensure that your holiday arrangements are satisfactory,
and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage
sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or
agents. However The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature
for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, of those
airlines, coach operators, shipping and cruise companies, hoteliers or other
persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pursuant
to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in
writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which
The Company has no direct and exclusive control.
The Company does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable
wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or
inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events
which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable
diligence on the part of The Company, including but not limited to war, civil
disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of
Government or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of machinery or
equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and
even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour
group).

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be
applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible
for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations,
orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. You
shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination
requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or
expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your
responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any
additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Tempo Holidays on the
client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. You
accept that you may be travelling through areas of political or climatic
instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services,
and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your
acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms
the basis of your contract with Tempo Holidays.

No representation made by your Travel Agent to you concerning the quality,
location, or any other matter in relation to the services and facilities
provided by The Company shall bind The Company unless your Travel Agent has
been expressly or impliedly authorised by us to make such a representation.

To make a payment on this web site with a credit card, the following conditions
must be met:
*The credit card holder must be one of the passengers travelling in this
booking.
*The travel agent must ensure that the cardholder has signed an authority for
this transaction or hold the cardholders signature on file.
*The travel agent making payment must have sighted the Credit Card.
*Where there is a credit card chargeback arising from a dispute and the agent
is unable to prove that these conditions have been met, the travel agent will
be liable for such disputed amount.
*Where payment is made for this booking by credit card, a fee will be charged
on the value of the amount being charged to your credit card & will be
added to the amount being paid. Current fees applicable are as follows:
MasterCard & Visa Card 1.5%; Diners Club 2%; American Express 3%.
By continuing with your booking or transaction you acknowledge that these
conditions are read and accepted.

*Confirmation of requested items will usually be within 36 hours.
* Payment of a deposit (for bookings where date of the first service booked is
more than 45 days after making the booking) is due immediately.
*The balance is due 45 days prior to the first service booked.
* Where travel commences within 45 days of making the booking, full payment is
required at the time of booking.
Late bookings: Any booking made less than 7 days prior to departure will
be charged a $33 booking fee.
Minimum booking: Please note all bookings of less than
$500 in total will be charged a $33 booking fee. This will be added to your
booking automatically.
Amendments: Your first amendment to a booking is free. Second and subsequent
amendments will be charged at $33 per amendment.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT CHARGES APPLY. ONLY ONE CHANGE PER BOOKING WILL BE
MADE FREE OF CHARGE. SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT CHANGES INCUR A FEE OF $33 PER
BOOKING.
